Abstract
Cilj ovog rada je sintetizirati nove heterocikličke stirilne sustave koji će se podvrgnuti termičkim ispitivanjima kako bi se eksperimentalno potvrdile kvantno-kemijske pretpostavke o reaktivnosti određenih spojeva. U prvom dijelu istraživanja sintetiziran je derivat tiofena s nitro-skupinom kao supstituentom, dok je u drugom dijelu sintetiziran derivat tiofena s dvije metilne skupine kao supstituentima. Sinteze novih produkata provedene su Wittigovom reakcijom i Vilsmeierovim formiliranjem za pripravu aldehida u drugoj sintezi. Dobiveni produkti su analizirani spektroskopskim metodama.
Abstract (english)
The aim of this work is to conduct the synthesis and thermal transformation of new heterocyclic styryl systems in order to confirm quantum-chemical assumptions about the reaction outcome. In the first part of the research, a thiophene derivative with a nitro group as a substituent was synthesized, while in the second part, a thiophene derivative with two methyl groups as substituents was synthesized. Syntheses of new products were carried out by Wittig reaction and Vilsmeier formylation for the preparation of aldehydes in the second synthesis. The obtained products were analyzed by spectroscopic methods.
