Abstract
Farmaceutske industrija ulaže u istraživanja usmjerena na izučavanje i optimiranje proizvodnje tableta i smanjenje troškova. Cilj je ovog rada utvrditi utjecaj brzine miješanja praškastih pripravaka i udjela magnezijeva stearata na kvalitetu tablete. Miješane su tri komponente: granulirana PanExcea, saharoza i magnezijev stearat. Plan pokusa je proveden pomoću programskog paketa Design-Expert® 6 (Stat-Ease Inc.). Napravljen je faktorski plan s dvije varijable na dvije razine, s dvije serije eksperimenata što je rezultiralo s osam eksperimenata. Kao odziv procesa odabrana je tvrdoća tableta i standardna devijacija mase tableta. Statistička značajnost svih čimbenika je osnovana analizom varijance (ANOVA) te su dobiveni modeli za procjenu tvrdoće tablete i standardne devijacije mase.
Abstract (english)
The pharmaceutical industry is investing in research focused on the optimization of tablets production and reducing costs. The aim of this study was to determine the impact of blending time and magnesium stearate content on the quality of tablets. Three components were mixed: granulated PanExcea, sucrose and magnesium stearate. The experiment was carried out using the Design-Expert® 6 software (Stat-Ease Inc.). The factorial design with two variables at two levels and two sets of experiments was constructed, which resulted in eight experiments. As a process response the tablet hardness and standard deviation of tablets weight were selected. The statistical significance of all factors was established using analysis of variance (ANOVA) and models for assessing the hardness of tablets and standard deviation of weight were obtained.
