Abstract
U ovom radu analizirana je regulacija temperature u šaržnim reaktorima te je provedeno optimiranje regulacijskih krugova u svrhu ostvarivanja što boljeg i stabilnijeg rada procesa. U teorijskom dijelu rada definirani su osnovni pojmovi vezani uz modele procesa, regulator i regulaciju. Nadalje su opisane tipične metode regulacije temperature u šaržnim reaktorima. U eksperimentalnom dijelu rada analiziran je rad šaržnih reaktora iz farmaceutskog postrojenja proizvodnje i provedeno optimiranje kaskadnih regulatora temperature. Na temelju podataka prikupljenih s postrojenja identificirani su dinamički modeli regulacijskih krugova te na osnovu njih optimirani parametri regulatora. U završnom koraku simulacijski je ispitano vladanje optimiranih krugova prije nego što se primjene na proizvodnom postrojenju. Istaknuta su ostvarena poboljšanja u regulaciji.
Abstract (english)
In this paper temperature control in batch reactors was analyzed and optimized in order to achieve better and more stable operation. Theoretical part defines basic terms related to process models, controllers and control and describes basic temperature control methods for batch reactors. In the experimental research batch reactor temperature control in pharmaceutical plant was analyzed and cascade temperature controllers were tuned. Based on plant data dynamical models were developed. The dynamical behaviour of the control loops were simulated before they will be applied in the real plant. Improvements in process control are highlighted.
