Abstract
U ovome radu opisane su osnove sinteze mreže izmjenjivača topline, te metode koje se mogu koristiti u tu svrhu. Metode sinteze mreže mogu se podijeliti na sekvencijale i sumultane. Cilj rada je bio primjeniti simultanu metodu za sintezu mreže izmjenjivača topline u postrojenju za proizvodnju nitratne kiseline. U tu svrhu korištene je program SuperTarget7 koji se temelji na pinch metodi. Primjenom SuperTarget7 programa dobivaju se različite mogućnosti projektiranje mreže koje se mogu uspoređivati. Kao optimalni dizajn odabrana je mreža sa 22 izmjenjivača topline pri EMAT od 10,79 °C.
Abstract (english)
This paper describes the basics of heat exchanger network synthesis and methods that can be used for this purpose. Methods can be divided into Sequential and Simultaneous. The aim of this paper was to apply Simultaneous method for heat exchanger network synthesis in nitric acid plant. For this purpose, the SuperTarget7 program was used which is based on the pinch method. Using the SuperTarget7 program, various design possibilities for comparing networks can be obtained. As an optimal design, a network with 22 heat exchangers was selected at EMAT of 10.79 °C.
