Abstract
U ovom je radu težnja stavljena na tijek planiranja proizvodnje električne energije u Hrvatskoj, kojom se bavi tvrtka HROTE. Na temelju podataka o srednjoj satnoj brzini vjetra iz DHMZ-a koji su dobiveni sa meteoroloških postaja, matematičkom metodom interpolacije i ekstrapolacije ta je brzina približena stvarnoj vrijednosti na lokacijama vjetroelektrana u Hrvatskoj. Korištenjem dobivenih podataka o brzini vjetra na lokacijama izračunata je snaga električne energije proizvedene iz vjetroelektrana u Hrvatskoj za određeni datum. Zatim je napravljena usporedba izračunate snage i stvarno proizvedene električne energije iz vjetroelektrana za taj datum koju je prikazala tvrtka HOPS u svom izvješću. Kao dokaz stvarne nepredvidivosti energije vjetra prikazana je usporedba HROTE-ove prognoze rada vjetroelektrana sa HOPS-ovim izvještajem stvarno proizvedene električne energije iz vjetroelektrana u Hrvatskoj na određene datume.
Abstract (english)
The aim of this paper is to show the course of planning the electricity generation in Croatia, which is in charge of the Croatian energy market operator company. Based on the Meteorological and hydrological service data on mean hourly wind speed obtained from meteorological stations and with mathematical method of interpolation and extrapolation, that speed is approximated to the real value yielded at wind power plant locations in Croatia. Using the obtained wind speed data at different locations, it is possible to calculate the power of electricity produced by wind power plants in Croatia for a given date. Afterwards, a comparison of the calculated power and actual electricity produced by wind power plants was made for a date which was shown by the Croatian transmission system operator company in its report. As an evidence of the real unpredictability of wind power, this paper also presents a comparison of Croatian energy market operator's forecast about production planning of wind power plants and Croatian transmission system operator's report of actually produced electricity on specific dates from wind power plants in Croatia.
