Abstract
Cilj ovog rada bio je ispitati svojstva poliesterskog premaza kao korozijske zaštite za čelične dijelove vozila i strojeva. Također se željelo utvrditi zadovoljava li ispitivana površinska zaštita zahtjeve propisane odgovarajućim normama. U eksperimentalnom dijelu istražena su svojstva i ponašanje premaza na čeličnim uzorcima slijedećim metodama: - mjerenjem debljine premaza; - elektrokemijskom impedancijskom spektroskopijom; - mjerenjem adhezije premaza metodom zarezivanja mrežice i vlačnom metodom prije i nakon izlaganja slanoj komori. Rezultati su pokazali da je korozijska zaštita izvrsna prije izlaganja slanoj komori, što pokazuju rezultati elektrokemijske impedancijske spektroskopije i ispitivanja prionjivosti. Rezultati nakon izlaganja slanoj komori pokazuju da zaštita ne osigurava normiranu izdržljivost u slanoj komori u trajanju 960 sati, odnosno, zaštita se pokazala neprikladnom za tako agresivne uvjete.
Abstract (english)
The aim of this work was to evaluate properties of the surface corrosion protection for steel parts of vehicles and machines. It was also wanted to determine if the corrosion protection fulfills requirements that are prescribed by standards. In the experimental part, properties and behavior of the coating were investigated by following methods: - measuring the thickness of the coating - electrochemical impedance spectroscopy - measuring the adhesion of the coating using cross-cut and pull-off tests on samples which haven't been in salt chamber and on samples after testing in salt chamber. The results of the samples which have not previously been in salt chamber, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and measuring the adhesion of the coating, have proven an excellent corrosion protection. On the other hand, the results on samples after 960 hours in salt chamber have shown that corrosion potection does not satisfy the standard requirements. In other words, the corrosion protection of the tested samples isn't appropriate for such aggressive conditions.
