Abstract
U prvom dijelu rada opisano je upravljanje ljudskim resursima. U sljedećem dijelu rada analizirani su i opisani primjeri koji se bave upravljanjem ljudskih vještina. Treći dio rada sadrži općenito što su baze podataka te na koji način se prikazuju. U pretposljednjem dijelu rada definirane su smjernice za bazu podataka za upravljanje vještinama zaposlenika te je prikazan prijedlog era model za bazu podataka te namjene. U posljednjem dijelu dan je zaključak.
