Uvjeti za konkurentnost se mijenjaju. Ljudi i njihovi potencijali postaju glavno sredstvo borbe s konkurencijom. U radu se obrađuju izazovi konkurentnosti i prakse menadžmenta ljudskih potencijala s naglaskom na motiviranju i nagrađivanju zaposlenika.
