Abstract
Svrha ovoga rada bila je objasniti kompleksnost i zahtjevnost procesa planiranja općenito, a uz to detaljno prikazati način provedbe procesa strategijskog planiranja. U radu se govori o razlikama između planiranja na različitim razinama upravljanja (strateškog, taktičkog i operativnog planiranja). Uz to, objašnjava se postupak provođenja strategijskog planiranja, kao i postupak provedbe samog plana. Poseban naglasak stavljen je na dugoročni značaj provedbe postupka strategijskog planiranja za poduzeće i njegove zaposlenike.
