Abstract
Poslovni sastanci su jedan od najčešće korištenih načina komuniciranja i razmjene informacija u poduzeću. U ovom diplomskom radu opisane su osnovne vrste poslovnih sastanaka. Svaka vrsta ima svoje prednosti i nedostatke. Cilj ovog diplomskog rada je opisati kako i na koji način se ponašati na poslovnim sastancima.
