Abstract
Timski se rad sve više koristi u poslovnoj praksi. Stvara veće učinke u organizaciji koja ga je uvela, povećava motivaciju, smanjuje sukobe te poboljšava komunikaciju. Svaki tim prolazi kroz određene faze razvoja u kojima važnu ulogu ima voditelj tima. Menadžeri su sve više orijentirani timskom načinu rada kojim lakše ostvaruju ciljeve.
