Abstract
U radu se razmatraju različite teorije i stilovi vodstva, s naglaskom na etično ponašanje vođa. Osim teorije pripisanih uzroka i teorije puta do cilja, koje vrlo detaljno stavljaju vodstvo u kontekst zaposlenika/podređenih i konkretnih uvjeta u poslovnoj organizaciji, razmatraju se još tzv. karizmatsko i autentično vodstvo koje mogu pridonijeti etičkom djelovanju vođa i prijenosu vrijednosti na zaposlenike. Pored poslovne etike u odnosu na zaposlenike i potrošače/klijente, razmatraju se i oblici prosuđivanja i djelovanja vođa vezani uz moralnost i pozitivne društvene vrijednosti. Izlaže se pregled slučajeva dobrih i loših vođa iz područja politike i poslovanja. Posljedice etičkog vodstva u poslovnim organizacijama razmatraju se i u kontekstu društvene odgovornosti te odnosa s javnošću.
