Abstract
S obzirom da je stanje na svjetskom tržištu nepredvidivo i zahtjevno, brojna današnja poduzeća moraju se boriti za konkurentnost i opstanak. To jedino mogu postići korištenjem tehnika i metoda koje omogućuju prilagodbu, kao i efikasnost poslovanja. Tehnike i metode koje sam gore naveo i objasnio dat ce vam uvid u to kako bi poduzeća trebala funkcionirati kako ne bi zapala u krizu.
