Abstract
Menadžeri su ti koji donose važne poslovne odluke, odgovorni su za njihov utjecaj na poslovanje i eventualne posljedice. Pred njih se stavlja teret procesuiranja sve veće količine informacija iz kojih je neophodno izdvojiti važne djelove, te sve kraće raspoloživo vrijeme unutar kojeg odluka mora biti donesena. Tematika ovog rada je detaljnije razmatranje grešaka i zamki u odlučivanju menadžera koje postoje jer one direktno utječu na kvalitetu procesa odlučivanja i donošenje poslovnih odluka.
