Abstract
Cilj je rada prikazati gdje se i na koji se način primjenjuju modeli u uredskom poslovanju. Prvi dio rada bavi se pojmom, funkcijama i vrstama uredskog poslovanja. Drugi dio se bavi samom temom, modelima uredskog poslovanja. Modeli u uredskom poslovanju se dijele na: konceptualni modeli, modeli bazirani na konceptu dokumenta i referentni modeli. Konceptualni model opisuje podatke i veze između podataka, modeli bazirani na konceptu dokumenta opisuju dokumente koji imaju glavnu ulogu u razmjeni informacija u uredskom poslovanju i referentni modeli koji opisuju veliki broj različitih korisnika u uredu koji koriste različite podatke, kreiraju dokumente, ažurirajuih i razmjenjuju ih.
