Abstract
U radu se opisuje nastanak društvenih mreža te opisivanje značajki istih. Uključene su najznačajnije svjetske društvene mreže i njihove karakteristike. Navodi se njihova konkretna primjena u poslovanju sa perspektive zaposlenika i perspektive organizacije. Navode se prednosti i nedostaci. Konkretni primjeri uloge društvenih mreža u uredu kroz neke od svjetski najpoznatijih i najvećih brendova. Komentira se njihova uloga u budućnosti kao i što to može potencijalno značiti za socijalno druženje kakvog mi danas poznajemo.
