Abstract
Poduzetništvo žena ogleda se u činjenici da više od 51% udjela nekog poduzeća pripada ženi. Unatoč brojnim preprekama od kojih se izdvajaju kulturološke, ekonomske te nedovoljna potpora obitelji i cjelokupnog društva vidljivi su značajni pomaci. Tome u prilog ide postojanje različitih programa poticanja poduzetništva žena te smanjenje stereotipa prema ženama koje se bave poduzetništvom. Predviđa se da će u narednim godinama poduzetništvo žena biti od velike važnosti za otvaranje mikro subjekata i zapošljavanje novih zaposlenika.
