Abstract
U ovom radu obrađena je uloga komunikacije u nevladinim organizacijama. Najprije je objašnjen sam proces komunikacije te vrste komunikacije. U radu je također obrađeno pitanje cjeloživotnog učenja te proces upravljanja ljudskim potencijalima. Riječ je i o motivaciji koja je jedan od najvažnijih čimbenika kao kod upravljanja ljudskim potencijalima, tako i kod cjeloživotnog učenja. Rad je također popraćen istraživanjem koje je provedeno u udruzi RODA - roditelji u akciji koja je nevladina organizacija.
