Abstract
Tema rada je analiziranje literature koja se bavi izučavanjem teorije agenata, odnosa agenta i principala i problema koji nastaju na temelju spomenutog odnosa. Jedan od najvažnijih problema agenta je nastanak agencijskih troškova. Upravo će najveći naglasak u ovom radu biti na spomenutim troškovima te metodama koje omogućavaju njihovo izračunavanje. Osim prikaza najznačajnijih rezultata istraživanja s područja korporacijskog upravljanja i agencijskih troškova, biti će provedena analiza prikupljenih sekundarnih podataka kojom će se aproksimirati visina agencijskih troškova na hrvatskim dioničkim društvima te će biti prikazani zaključci dobiveni analizom.
