Abstract
Hrvatsko tržište nekretnina karakterizira vrlo visok udio vlasnika nekretnina što RH svrstava u sam svjetski vrh. No nepostojanje kvalitetnih baza nekretnina, poreza na nekretnine, nedovoljne regulacije tržišta najma doveli su do neatraktivne slike tržišta nekretnina. U radu je analizirano trenutno stanje tržišta nekretnina i dati prijedlozi za njegovo poboljšanje. Također prikazani su trendovi na tržištu nekretnina u predstoječem razdoblju.
