Abstract
Ovaj rad opisuje usluge, njihova obilježja, značajke, svrhu i razvoj. Kako bi se u uslugu dodalo nešto posebno objašnjena je uloga dizajna usluge. A kako bi se usluga što kvalitetnije izgradila koristi se blueprint model. On služi za inoviranje usluga, dijagnosticiranje problema učinkovitosti te za definiranje strukturne promjene. Uz to priloženi su primjeri za bolje razumijevanje metode.
