Abstract
Za uspješnije poslovanje manja i srednja poduzeća sve češće koriste poslovnu inteligenciju odnosno alate za rudarenje podataka. U ovom je radu dan pregled tehnika za rudarenje podataka i definicija poslovne inteligencije. Uz to su istražene potrebe manjih i srednjih poduzeća za alatima za rudarenje podataka te testirana i uspoređena tri poznata alata za rudarenje podataka: JMP 9, Weka 3.6 i RapidMiner 5. Na kraju je dana i preporuka alata koji najbolje zadovoljava potrebe te vrste poduzeća.
