Abstract
U okviru ovog diplomskog rada teoretski i na praktičnim primjerima predstavljene su najčešće korištene metode za predviđanje potražnje. Razlikujemo kvalitativne i kvantitativne metode. U kvalitativne metode ubrajamo metode koje se temelje na stručnosti i procjeni menadžera, dok se za kvantitativne metode koriste statistički izračuni. U okviru rada praktičnim primjerom na temelju podataka stvarnog poduzeća prikazana je primjena i napravljena komparacija između kvantitativnih metoda za predviđanje potražnje.
