Abstract
U radu je opisana svrha i značajke tranzicije IT usluga prema ITIL V3 najboljoj praksi. U praktičnom djelu rada je na konkretnom poduzeću ispitana važnost tranzicije IT usluga u upravljanju IT uslugama, a pri tome je dan naglasak na analizu procesa upravljanja promjenama te procedura validacije i testiranja IT usluga.
