Abstract
U radu je opisan kratak pregled povijesnog razvoja teorija vodstva te su definirani različiti stilovi vodstva s naglaskom na suvremene pristupe ovoj tematici. Vodstvo je prikazano u relaciji s motivacijom zaposlenika, moći i političkim ponašanjem te poslovnom etikom. Posebno detaljno je prikazano autentično vodstvo i karizmatsko vodstvo.
