Abstract
U radu je opisano upravljanje zalihama, tradicionalno i suvremeno. JIT je jedan od suvremenih modela upravljanja zalihama. Prvi puta je korišten u automobilskim industrijama, te se praktični dio odnosi na JIT u automobilskim industrijama. U radu je također izrađen AFD.
