Abstract
U radu se susrećemo s nekim osnovnim pitanjima poslovne etike, koji je cilj etičkog kodeksa te kako stvoriti etički radno mjesto. Također spomijnjem tri kategorije menadžerskog morala. Jedan od ključnih dijelova koje treba spomenuti je zašto poduzeća trebaju biti etična, te od kud se pokreće neetično poslovanje. Jedno poglavlje sam iskoristila za povezivanje strategija poduzeća s njenim etičkim principima. Na primjeru su opisane dvije tvrtke, jedna je primjer poštivanja poslovne etike, a druga je primjer kršenja poslovne etike.
