Abstract
Ovaj rad prikazuje teorijski okvir razvoja usluga s fokusom na one knjižnične. Kako bi se istražilo zadovoljstvo članova knjižnice koji njene usluge i koriste, za potrebe izrade ovog rada bit će provedeno istraživanje u Narodnoj knjižnici i čitaonici Vlado Gotovac Sisak.
