Abstract
U ovom radu detaljnije objašnjeni su osnovni pojmovi te način na koji nastaju Internet stvari i kako se Internet stvari primjenjuju u razvoju nove usluge. Obrazloženi su pojmovi koji su vezani uz Internet stvari te je prikazan primjer nove usluge koja se temelji na Internet stvarima, a odnosi se na tvrtku koja proizvodi aparate za točenje raznoraznih napitaka. Prikazane su također tehnologije uz pomoć kojih nastaje nova usluga koja će biti od velike koristi potencijalnim korisnicima te način implementacije nove usluge u postojeće poslovanje tvrtke putem ITIL okvira.
