Abstract
U ovom radu je prikazan način primjene i implementacije CRM sustava u MS cloud okruženju. U radu je dokazana izvedivost Cloud infrastrukture kao podrške CRM alata tj. kreiranje kompletne CRM infrastrukture u Cloud okruženju uz pomoć Windows Azure Pack platforme. Prikazane su mogućnosti i način rada sa odgovarajućim serverima te odgovarajućim softverom (Azure Pack, Azure SQL, SCVMM, SCVMM SQL, SPF, Template VM, SQL Server kao resurs).
