Abstract
U ovom radu cilj je prikazati žene kao menandžere te navesti razloge zbog kojih su se žene uključile u menadžment. Uz to prikazane su prednosti i nedostatci koje prate žene u menadžmentu te je prikazana usporedba žene menadžera sa muškarcima menadžerima. Navest ćemo nekoliko primjera žena u menadžementu radi lakšeg razumjevanja teme.
