Abstract
Cilj ovog rada bio je prikazati koje sve izvještaje moraju sastavljati mala, srednja i velika poduzeća u Republici Hrvatskoj. U radu su opisani svi temeljni financijski izvještaji, godišnje izvješće, javna objava, Zakon o računovodstvu te računovodstveni standardi. Na kraju rada navedeni su primjeri malog, srednjeg i velikog poduzeća te financijski izvještaji koje ta poduzeća moraju sastavljati. U zaključku je napravljen osvrt na cjelokupan rad te je zaključeno da u Republici Hrvatskoj ima najviše mikro i malih poduzeća.
