Abstract
Projektni menadžment se zbog svoje važnosti u poslovanju sve više i brže razvija te se sve više poduzeća okreću "modernijoj" projektno orijentiranoj organizaciji. Zbog velike količine informacija koje se svakodnevno razmjenjuju za vrijeme vođenja projekata, informacijski sustav donosi značajnu ulogu za uspješnu i kvalitetnu realizaciju projekata. Za izradu informacijskog sustava važna je detaljna analiza sustava i procesa što podrazumijeva izradu modela radi nedvosmislenog razumijevanja istih. Izradom dijagrama toka podataka za proces vođenja projekta i svih procesa koji se odvijaju unutar istog, prikazana je detaljna razmjena i protok podataka kao temelj za izradu adekvatnog informacijskog sustava za projektni menadžment.
