Abstract
Društveni kapital poduzetnika i poduzeća stečen formalnim i neformalnim umrežavanjem uz financijski i ljudski kapital jedan je od temeljnih poduzetničkih resursa. U radu će se obraditi uloga umrežavanja poduzetnika i poduzeća, vrste mreža svojstvene poduzetničkom djelovanju te posebnosti umrežavanja u različitim fazama životnog ciklusa poduzeća. Nakon teorijske obrade teme u drugom dijelu rada umrežavanje će se analizirati primjenom studije slučaja - malog poduzeća u Republici Hrvatskoj.
