Abstract
U ovom se radu opisuju pojmovi digitalne transformacije i njen učinak na poslovanje i kako se ono promijenilo. Opisane su tehnologije koje su u zadnjih nekoliko godina brže napredovale i učinile tehnološku okolinu još dinamičnijom i promjenjivom. Jedna od tehnologija od pojave na tržištu mijenja poslovanje su ERP sustavi. ERP sustavi nastoje integrirati sve dijelove poslovanja u jednu skladnu cjelinu. Kada organizacija razmatra o uvođenju ERP sustava u svoje poslovanje, često su komercijalne alternative skup izbor, pogotovo za mala poduzeća pa open source može biti financijski isplativiji. Naglasak u ovom radu je usporedba open source rješenja na tržištu po postavljenim kriterijima. Cilj rada je prikazati jedno odabrano open source rješenje i staviti ga u usporedbu s ostalima.
