Abstract
Rad se bavi analizom postojećih kataloga usluga koje nude poduzeća i procesima koji su napisani u ITIL-u za izradu kataloga usluga. Na temelju analize kataloga usluga iz različitih poduzeća prikazan je prototip rješenja kataloga usluga za poduzeće Gastrobit grc grupa. Prototip je izrađen u Microsoft Visual Studio koristeći programski jezik C#. Ključne riječi: Katalog usluga, Gastrobit, grc grupa, ITIL, analiza tržišta, komunikacija, ponuda, strategija, dizajn, poboljšanje poslovanja, kontrola, upravljanje
