Abstract
U radu su obrađeni obrađeni osnovni koncepti i primjena društvenih mreža kojima se poslovni subjekti koriste kako bi organizirali komunikaciju, suradnju i druge aspekte poslovanja. Takve mreže analiziraju se kao poslovne web aplikacije za organiziranje zaposlenika u grupe i timove te podršku suradnje, uz primjenu osobne i društvene inicijative (pull pristup). Posebna pažnja posvećena je metodama za poboljšanje uspjeha i upravljanje mrežom. U praktičnom dijelu rada istražena je funkcionalnost i primjena konkretne aplikacije za potporu poslovne društvene mreže. Objašnjeno je na koji način ona rješava postojeće probleme u internoj komunikaciji i suradnji te kako uz njezinu pomoć postići veću učinkovitost i produktivnost te poboljšati i unaprijediti poslovne procese u organizaciji.
