Abstract
U ovom završnom radu bit će navedeni osnovne postavke koje ERP čine odličnim izborom za implementaciju u poduzeće kao i pripadajući teorijski koncepti vezani uz ERP. Prema određenim parametrima predstavit će se razlike i sličnosti između SAP, Oracle i Microsoft Dynamics rješenja te njihove pripadajuće metodike. Na samom kraju rada bit će predstavljen dokument funkcionalnih zahtjeva kao primjer praktičnog dijela rada, koji će biti izrađen na temelju stvarnog zadatka dodijeljenog od strane DignetSoftware poduzeća za implementaciju poslovnih softvera.
