Abstract
Izabrao sam navedenu temu iz razloga što je smatram jako interesantnom i zabavnom. Smatram da veliki broj ljudi nije upoznato sa blockchain tehnologijom. Blockchain je vrsta „baze podataka“ koja je napravljena isključivo da omogući upisivanje iz cijelog svijeta na način da su ti upiti nepromjenjivi. Trenutno se Blockchain najviše koristi za kriptovalute iz razloga što može funkcionirati u okruženju gdje se korisnici ne poznaju niti si vjeruju. U radu ću još i spomenuti pojam pametnih ugovora i kriptovalute. Pametni ugovori su jedna od mogućih nadogradnji na koncept blockchaina. Pametni ugovori se mogu koristiti za automatizaciju ili izbacivanje posrednika kod mnogih aktivnosti.
