Abstract
Završni rad obuhvaća zalihe kao jedan od najvećih problema današnjeg poslovnog okruženja. Prvi dio rada odnosi se na definicije zaliha, vrste te tok troškova zaliha, što zapravo čini uvod u upravljanje zalihama. U poglavlju upravljanje zalihama prikazani su modeli korišteni u stvarnim okruženjima te matematički izračuni kojima se menadžment služi za planiranje budućnosti. Završno poglavlje govori o simulaciji i simulacijskim alatima (Dynamo, Powersim Studio) kao modernim rješenjima problemu zaliha. Prikazani su konkretni primjeri izrađeni alatom Powersim Studio 2003.
