Abstract
Današnji turbulentni razvoj informacijskih tehnologija te mogućnosti koje pruža možemo okarakterizirati dijelom treće industrijske revolucije. Posvećen procjeni zrelosti ICT struke, rad ima naglasak na europsko tržište i detaljnu analizu stanja u Republici Hrvatskoj. Koriste se indikatori Državnog zavoda za statistiku te Indeks umrežene spremnosti, a uz to, prikazane su i strateške smjernice rasta i razvoja struke. U prvom planu to su Europe2020, Obzor2020 i slične te modeli razvoja zanimanja (e-CF, SFIA, EUCIP, KM, P-CMM). U praktičnom dijelu, prikazane su problemske situacije kojih se dotiče gdje je zbog neadekvatnosti podataka napravljen presjek ICT zanimanja, primjena modela upravljanja ljudskim sposobnostima nad poslovnim sustavom te izvedena studija slučaja rodne problematike.
