Abstract
Rad istražuje dosadašnje bitne primjerke agenata za razgovor te ispituje potrebu da se slična tehnologija upotrijebi za potrebe pružanja korisničke podrške. Rad dizajnira arhitekturu jednog takvog sustava i upušta se u implementacijske detalje sustava Omoi - konfigurabilnog više-domenskog autonomnog agenta za korisničku podršku.
