Abstract
Cilj investicijskih fondova je ulaganje na financijskim tržištima uz ostvarivanje maksimalnog prinosa ulagačima uz točno definiran rizik. U teorijskom dijelu ovog diplomskog rada definirat će se pojam investicijskih fondova, osnovna podjela, karakteristike te institucije nadzora fondova u Republici Hrvatskoj. Dio rada odnosi se i na samu analizu fondova kroz prikaz broja investicijskih fondova, neto imovine i strukture ulaganja. U završnom djelu rada provest će se anketa koja se odnosi na znanje i stavove građana o ulaganju u investicijske fondove, koji su razlozi ulaganja, odnosno neulaganja u investicijske fondove te koji su to motivacijski čimbenici koji bi doprinijeli ulaganju u investicijske fondove.
