Abstract
U radu je analiziran položaj osoba s tjelesnim invaliditetom na tržištu rada u Republici Hrvatskoj. Prikazane su i analizirane jedne od tri najpoznatijih vrsta tjelesnog oštećenja. Neka od svojih prava i podršku takve osobe mogu lakše ostvariti kroz udruge koje štite njihove interese te su stoga u radu i predstavljene neke od takvih udruga koje djeluju u RH. U istraživačkom dijelu rada metodom intervjua ispitane su osobe s tjelesnim oštećenjima koje su zaposlene kako bi se iz prve ruke prenijela njihova iskustva na tržištu rada. U zaključku su ponuđena neka rješenja takvih problema kroz društveno poduzetničke aktivnosti.
