Abstract
Rad se bavi istraživanjem potreba korisnika u svrhu poboljšanja korisničkog iskustva. U teorijskom dijelu objašnjava se važnost korisničkog iskustva te se obrađuju tehnike istraživanja potreba korisnika i analiza rezultata. Praktični dio objašnjava tijek provođenja istraživanja za aplikaciju Centra za podršku studentima i razvoj karijera u suradnji s tvrtkom Northwest Agency te analizira rezultate i daje preporuke za daljnju izradu prototipa aplikacije.
