Abstract
U radu se obrađuje tematika vezana uz teoriju agenta i korporacijsko upravljanje s naglaskom na trošak agenta. Cilj je otkriti na koji način trošak agenta utječe na financijsku uspješnost poduzeća. Koriste se podaci dostupni na službenim stranicama Zagrebačke burze. Uzeta su poduzeća u kotaciji CROBEX-a i njihova financijska izvješća kako bi se došlo do pokazatelja profitabilnosti koji će ukazati kolika je uspješnost poduzeća i kako agent utječe na istu.
