Abstract
Cilj završnog rada je definirati poslovnu dokumentaciju, vrste i njihovu važnost u poslovanju. Zatim, važno je definirati sustav za upravljanje dokumentacijom odnosno definirati što je upravljanje dokumentacijom općenito. Važno je razraditi elemente sustava za upravljanje dokumentacijom te potrebno je odrediti njihovu važnost u radu sustava. Potrebno je definirati prednosti i nedostatke koje donose trendovi u upravljanju dokumentacijom. Kako bi se ova tema lakše obradila i razumjela, teorijski dio objasnit će se na primjeru. Za pisanje ovoga rada koristit će se knjige, znanstveni članci i slično.
