Abstract
U ovom su završnom radu istražene mogućnosti Ciscovog Packet Tracera, izrađene su simulacije te prikazani rezultati različitih simulacijskih scenarija kod računalnih mreža. U prvom dijelu rada pojašnjeni su osnovni teorijski pojmovi vezani uz temu rada (internet, računalne mreže, internetski protokoli), nakon čega je prikazan praktični dio. Provedene simulacije prikazuju tuneliranje prometa između mreža te jedan tipičan primjer kućne računalne mreže. Simulacijski scenariji su detaljno opisani uz prikaz koraka koji su bili potrebni da se mreža u potpunosti konfigurira. Simulacije su pokazale da su prikazane mreže funkcionalne te da se iste mogu implementirati u stvarnom svijetu.
