Abstract
Povećanje konkurencije, brzi tehnološki napredak, demografske promjene i ekonomija temeljena na znanju potiĉu organizacije da traže nove naĉine educiranja svojih zaposlenika. E-učenje tako postaje novi oblik stjecanja znanja koje je prepoznato u mnogim poduzećima kao izvor konkurentske prednosti. E-učenje u poslovnim organizacijama ima veliku ulogu u održivom napretku edukacije zaposlenika, ali isto tako i veliku ulogu u cilju ostvarivanja uspješnih poslovnih rezultata.
