Abstract
Ovaj rad govori o plaćama i obračunu plaća. U teorijskom dijelu objašnjeni su svi pojmovi glede plaća: Što je plaća, kako se klasificira, čime je određena visina plaće, koji su temeljni dokumenti pri obračunu i isplati plaće, razlika između bruto i neto plaće, razlika između doprinosa na i iz plaće, kako se računa porez i slično. U praktičnom dijelu rada napravljen je primjer obračuna plaće u stvarnoj aplikaciji gdje je detaljnije objašnjen sami postupak.
